REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued in accordance to the following points listed below:
1. Students may submit a written cancellation request cancellation to the Foreign Hut by email.
2. Applicants may cancel up to demand the refund after registering for the test series, in the event of any technical error or server failure at our end.
3. There is no procedure for refund of the test series fee, but the student can change his/her series for the next attempt within seven working days from the date of his/her purchase.
4. Fee will not be refunded in any case except if any students are unable to download mock tests due to mistake of web owner or server failure but not in case where the technical error is for all other websites in bulk.
5. Please include your payment screenshot or payment confirmation sent on Email after successful purchase and do tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products
and quality of service.
6. All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7 business days of receiving cancellation request and mode of refund would be same through which the original transaction was done.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been completed and more than 24 hours have lapsed after the E-Mail of purchase has been sent to you.
- No cancellations are allowed for products on which Foreign Hut marketing team has given special offers for various purposes including but not limited to special occasions like New Year, festivals, specific examination etc. These are limited validity offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site and/or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will make an appropriate decision.
